    STEP 1

    Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.

    STEP 2

    Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.

    STEP 3

    Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.

    New to running - love the shoe

    Really comfortable shoe. I have a fairly narrow foot and this show made my heel and mid-foot feel very supported, and there was also enough space in the toe box.

    I went up 1-1.5 sizes compared to my leisure shoes. I was fitted in a store, so it wasn't an issue but maybe keep in mind when ordering online.

    Love this running shoe! Ikoni 2

    It’s my first pair of Karhu running shoes and must say I am so impressed. They are super light weight but with wonderful support to my high arches. And they are beautiful, love the detail on the laces as well.
