GENERAL

In the United Kingdom we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards as well as Klarna Pay Later.

Occasionally, a returned item in your size may become available. You can leave your email on the product page, and we'll notify you if your size is restocked.

Please send an email to d2c@karhu.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect from different angles. Our team will review your case as quickly as possible and get back to you with the next steps. 

Karhu does not sell laces separately. However, you can find alternatives at this website: https://shoelacesupply.com/

To change your delivery address, please contact the carrier directly. Your tracking number, which was sent to the email address provided at checkout, will help you manage any updates.

Please leave us a message with your order number. Our team will do our best to cancel and refund your order. If we are not successful, please reach out to the carrier directly. You can refuse yourorder. The order should be returned to our warehouse for return processing.

DELIVERY

From this website we ship to all European countries within the Eurozone as well as to the UK, Norway, and Switzerland.

If you believe your order is lost, please contact us to initiate a claim. Email us at d2c@karhu.com with your order details, and we will assist you with starting the process for a refund.

RETURNS

RETURNS FROM UNITED KINGDOM

As of February 7th, 2024 we accept free returns of all items within 15 days of receiving the order with the right to full refund. Your return will be accepted if the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. If the item has been used, damaged, washed, altered or missing tags/labels (for apparel), we are entitled by law to charge you a fee for the depreciation of the item.

A return label by Royal Mail is included in your shipment. In case the return label is missing or you need to make a second return, contact us at customerserviceeu@karhu.com to provide you a new return label.

Refunds are not immediate and can take some time. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.

RUNNING SHOES

We advise checking our Size guide for each Lifestyle or Running models. The Size guide can be found on each product page below the description section.

When fitting running shoes we recommend going up half a size in the Ikoni and Ikoni HiVo (wide fit). The Fusion and Synchron fit true to size with the Synchron being a slimmer fit.

The Fulcrum is a midsole technology found primarily in our running shoes. 

Karhu's Fulcrum technology is designed to move you forward efficiently. 

It is because of this Fulcrum unit that Karhu shoes produce less vertical and horizontal oscillation – or “bounce” producing more forward momentum in every stride.

Ortix is what gives KARHU shoes their unique “fit”.

This fit is based on data driven insights, in the form of 2 Million foot scans.

Ortix refers to the shape of the midsole, volumes of the upper, and overall measurements of the last.

HiVo provide a higher volume upper to accommodate thicker or broader feet, and feet with common problems like bunions, calluses and corns.

A specific last and upper pattern for a women's foot. Only available for the Karhu Fusion.

A shoe update ending in .5 will have a very similar fit and feel to its predecessor. The updated shoe will have undergone minor improvements.


A shoe update ending in .0 will have undergone a complete overhaul. The fit and/or feel will be different from the previous version.

Yes! We have running shoes with increased support to help guide your foot through a more natural gait.

Check out the Ikoni and Synchron. These models utilize longer variations of our Fulcrum unit, which helps to minimize pronation.

LIFESTYLE SHOES

We advise checking our Size guide for each model. The Size guide can be found on each product page below the description section.

From our experience with fitting Lifestyle shoes, we recommend to go up half a size in the Albatross 82, Aria 95 and Fusion 2.0.

For the Synchron Classic and Trampas order a full size up.

The Mestari and Legacy run true-to-size.

It is not recommended to use a washing machine to clean shoes.  We recommend using a dry hairbrush or toothbrush to remove debris from the outsole, midsole, and upper.  Mix warm water with a small amount of laundry detergent to make a cleaning solution. Remove laces and insert. Proceed to use a clean cloth with the cleaning solution to clean the laces, insert, and any areas of the shoe that are dirty.  Avoid submerging the shoe or soaking it completely.  Repeat on any area again if necessary.  Remove excessive moisture with a dry cloth or stuff your shoes with newspaper overnight.  Let the laces, insert, and shoe air dry completely before use.
