Crafted with premium materials, the KARHU by zomer Mestari Kesä combines heritage craftsmanship with expressive design. With the use of different types of leather, a perforated and stitched M-logo, debossed and printed branding, and a lace closure inspired by KARHU bowling shoes, the shoe is something truly unique. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns of all items within 15 days of receiving the order with the right to full refund minus a return fee of £5.00. A return label by Royal Mail is included in your shipment and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a £5.00 shipping fee per return will be charged. If you are missing the return label or need to make a second return, please email our Customer service department at help@karhu.com to provide you a new return label.

Your return will be accepted if the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. If the item has been used, damaged, washed, altered or missing tags/labels (for apparel), we are entitled by law to charge you a fee for the depreciation of the item.
We will process your return and issue a refund within maximum of 30 days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

To generate the return label, please visit the following webpage: https://karhu.returnmyorder-international.com. You will need your order number, and the post code/email address associated with your order to initiate your return and generate a label. You can find the order number either on the paper packing list inside the delivery box, the digital invoice sent to your email or on the order confirmation when you placed the order. (see below)
ATTENTION: Once generated, your return label can be used within maximum 5 working days. When your label expires, please contact help@karhu.com.

FedEx Home Collection
For returns from Austria and Italy, you may request the FedEx Home Collection service in https://karhu.returnmyorder-international.com.
ATTENTION: FedEx Home Collection will be arranged automatically for the next available working day during business hours.
If you missed the FedEx Home Collection, within 5 working days you can drop off the parcel at the nearby FedEx point (here: https://local.fedex.com/) or reschedule a new pickup, following the instructions below:
- Go to your local FedEx website: fedex.com
- Click the “Shipping” tab on the top bar;
- Select: “Schedule and Manage Pickups”;
- Click “Let’s Start” under the “Drop-off or Collection”;
- Enter the tracking number from your FedEx label and your post code;
- Then select “Arrange A Pickup” and complete all the necessary information.
EXCHANGES
We currently don't do exchanges of products at Karhu. If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your item and place a new order.
