Back in 1977, the Karhu Mestari made its debut and stayed as a fixed value until 1984. Forty years later, Karhu brought back the international hit that sold over 1.000.000 pairs globally. When it first launched, the Mestari was known for the patented Karhu air cushion midsole and the colourful design caught the attention of competitive runners.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of all items within 15 days of receiving the order with the right to full refund. A return label by Royal Mail is included in your shipment and the returns are free of charge. If you are missing the return label or need to make a second return, please email our Customer service department at customerserviceEU@karhu.com to provide you a new return label.

Your return will be accepted if the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. If the item has been used, damaged, washed, altered or missing tags/labels (for apparel), we are entitled by law to charge you a fee for the depreciation of the item. 

We will process your return and issue a refund within maximum of 30 days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

Exchanges

We don't do exchanges at Karhu at the moment. If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your item and place a new order. 

Size Guide Running Women

STEP 1

Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.

STEP 2

Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.

STEP 3

Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.
