We ship to most countries in the EU. Your order is prepared for shipment on business days the next morning after you placed your order. Typically, the warehouse is able to manage and send out your order the same day, or the next morning after they start processing it!
Delivery & Returns

Returns and Refunds 

We accept returns of all items within 15 days of receiving the order with the right to full refund minus a return fee of £5.00. A return label by Royal Mail is included in your shipment and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a £5.00 shipping fee per return will be charged. If you are missing the return label or need to make a second return, please email our Customer service department at customerserviceEU@karhu.com to provide you a new return label.
 
We accept returns of all items within 15 days of receiving the order with the right to full refund of the product minus a £5.00 shipping fee per return.

Your return will be accepted if the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. If the item has been used, damaged, washed, altered or missing tags/labels (for apparel), we are entitled by law to charge you a fee for the depreciation of the item. 


We will process your return and issue a refund within maximum of 30 days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

 

Exchanges

We don't do exchanges at Karhu at the moment. If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your item and place a new order.

Size guide

STEP 1

Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.

STEP 2

Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.

STEP 3

Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.

Great shoe, well worth the price

Okay so the show itself is high quality, a preface to the review. I used to make boots for LLbean and helped with quality inspections. I've been over these shoes, and I mean with a fine tooth comb, the workmanship is excellent. There is not a single stitch out of place. The materials are good quality. The shoe itself is comfortable. My one complaint is the orthopedics in them leave a little to be desired, on that note though I have an extremely high arch so if I thought they were good most people would not. Overall I love them. I'll likely be buying more from Karhu in the future
