What will you need?
- You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase to generate your prepaid return label.

- You can find the order number either on the order confirmation email or in the the paper packing list inside your delivery box as shown below.

A £5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• - Please contact help@karhu.com within 14 days of delivery if you have any issues with your return process. 
• - The returned product must arrive at our facility within 21 days from the delivery date.
• - Refunds are processed as soon as possible after we receive your return and will be issued via the original method of payment. (Within a maximum of 30 days)
• - Products must be clean, unworn, and returned in their original box.
  Items that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or are missing tags or labels (for apparel) may be subject to a fee to cover depreciation in value.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges of KARHU products.
