Delivery & Returns

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns of all items within 21 days of receiving the order ,with the right to a full refund of the item returned, minus a return fee of £5.00. The prepaid return-shipping label (Royal Mail) is included in your shipment, in case the return label is missing, you must notify us at help@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you.
 
Your return will be accepted if the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. If the item has been used, damaged, washed, altered or missing tags/labels (for apparel), we are entitled by law to charge you a fee for the depreciation of the item.


We will process your return and issue a refund within maximum of 30 days. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

 

EXCHANGES

We currently don't do exchanges of products at Karhu. If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your item and place a new order. 

 

Size advice: Order 1.0 size bigger compared to your regular size.

STEP 1

Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.

STEP 2

Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.

STEP 3

Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.

Disappointed

Unfortunately I'm dissapointed by my purchase.
The shoe looks different on the photos, you don't see the shining sticker that I find very unpleasant.
The shoes are get wet very easily. But they also get dirty and they're tough to clean.
I would love it if you could take them back for store credit at least.
