First introduced in 1996, the Legacy featured an Air Cushion landing zone, sandwich construction heel cap, and an EVA midsole to make a well-cushioned running shoe. Leaving no wish unfulfilled, the inherently stable design provided a comfortable ride. Today, the Legacy 96 pays homage to past endeavours not forgotten while looking for future adventures.

Delivery & Returns

International Delivery 

Karhu is an international brand and we ship to most countries in the EU. Your order is prepared for shipment on business days the next morning after you placed your order. Typically, the warehouse is able to manage and send out your order the same day, or the next morning after they start processing it! Currently we aren’t able to offer you express shipping in the EU. The transit times below are indications of the transit time after your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our European warehouse is located in the Netherlands. On local holidays our warehouse is closed. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our distribution center will be closed from December 28^th through January 8^th. Orders placed and returns sent during this time will begin processing on Monday January 9^th. All orders and returns will be processed in the order they are received. 

Due to the high volume of returns and orders during the months of January and February, return processing and refunding can take the maximum time outlined on our return page (up to 30 working days). 

If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label for orders within the eurozone and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 restocking fee per return.

The prepaid return-shipping label is included in your shipment, in case the return label is missing in your shipment, you must notify us at customerserviceEU@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you.

The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.

Prepaid shipping labels are only provide on orders that are shipped from within the Eurozone.

RETURNS FROM UNITED KINGDOM (PER 18-12-2020):

Karhu does not cover the cost of returns from the UK. Returns from the UK can be sent to the address listed below. This return address is in the UK. Therefore, duties and taxes do not need to be paid.

Size guide

STEP 1

Place a piece of paper on the floor with one end against the wall. Put your foot on the piece of paper with your heel against the wall.

STEP 2

Take a pencil and mark the end of your longest toe on the paper. Repeat for your other foot.

STEP 3

Measure in cm from the wall (heel) to the longest point (toe). Take the larger measurements. Than take what you measured + 0.5 CM and compare it with our shoe sizes in the size chart.
